Busu Dima (also called Bushow) is one of the most important festivals of the Dimasa people. The Dimasa mainly live in the states of Assam and Nagaland. It is an annual harvesting festival. The festival is celebrated mainly during the end week of January month and the start of February month. There are week-long programs that take place associated with this festival.

The old, the young, everyone
comes out of his/her house clad in beautiful traditional dresses and they
gather together and dance and sing to the tunes of the Muri(hornpipe) and the
rhythm of the Kharam(drums).
The festival is classified into
three types based on the number of days the festival is celebrated.
